Located at one of the. Oldest vineyards in California, Santa Cruz Mountain Vineyard in Santa Cruz was established in 1863. Proprietor Ken Burnap started the winery in 1974, setting out to make the finest Pinot Noir in California. Working with Santa Cruz Mountains Appellation fruit, this mountain vineyard produces wines of superior quality and longevity. The hands-on winery produces 2,500 cases of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Duriff (Petite Sirah). The winery is built on four levels to move grapes and wine by gravity.
